Today,in Mr. Thorpe’s 4th Grade ELA Class students were all about TEAM TEXT STRUCTURE!
Students must determine and describe the overall text structure of a grade level appropriate text!
In order for students to become familiar with this standard they must be able to identify what those ways a text can be structured!
Groups were divided into teams based on the type of text structure they’ve learned about in standard ELAGSE4RI5:
Describe the overall structure (chronology,comparison and contrast,cause/effect,problem/solution of events,ideas,concepts of information in a text or part of a text!
